Siebel Installations >  Searching for patches Oracle Support Web

Go to Patch and Updates section, select Product or Family (Advanced)search. In the Product field, select Siebel Business Applications, even if you are using Siebel Industry Applications.

In release select several Siebel versions e.g. Siebel 8.1 , 8.1.1, 8.1.1.3 and everything else that you think could be related. This might show you a lot of results. But searching through a large number of results will not take a lot of time, you could just press Control+F and search for your patch number.

In the Field Type, select Patch and Patchset.

In the result set, the first column should contain the patch number. If you have the release note, check these lines

In Support web, simple search, search only for 12571162. Between the p and the first underscore. Even though this number is meant for the Solaris patch, searching this number will show the patch structure for other Operating Systems ? Windows and Linux.
