SYMPTOMS
Generate New Database is failing with the following error

CAUSE
Index pointing to non existing columns

SOLUTION

-1. Index are pointing to non existing columns , activate those from siebel tools , apply and activate to sync the schema

-2. Rename existing dicdata.dat from siebsrvr\bin

-3. Run generate new database .
