EAI Tasks and component are online but not accepting any calls

Some times one of the servers stop receiving requests. The component stays in Online state but no request is processed. The SCBroker shows requests being received but nothing is logged in EAI logs and no server tasks are shown.

Actual behavior: --------------------- After restarting the EAI component, the system works fine again.
