Object Manager is crashing with message : SBL-ADM-01022 Component name must be specified

SYMPTOMS
Hello,

the SSEObjMgr_enu is crashing when you click on “About Record”.

SOLUTION

For the benefit of other users,

Customer faced the object manager crash issue while clicking on "About Record" in version 8.0.0.1.

This crash is reproducible on standard srf. Steps followed:
1. Log in Siebel Call center 8.0 (Version 8.0.0.1 with QF0103 applied )

2. Navigate to Administration > Server Configuration > enterprises > Componenet Definition.

3. In Component parameter view > right click > choose 'About Record'.

4. Error message displayed "Session Warning: The Server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again."

5. cheched the CallStack generated in Siebsrvr/log

To address this Product defect 10530935, "Object manager Crash after clicking 'About Record' in Enterprise Server Configuration Screen" has been raised.

Issue is fixed from 8.0.0.3 and 8.1.1. fixpak onwards
