Applet editing error in Siebel Tools

Error message is: Overlapping controls have been detected.

Solution:

First find the Applet in Siebel Tools

Right click on the Applet and select 'Edit Web Layout'

Select 'All Applications on the top in Siebel tools'

The error should be solved
