Multiple Attachments with Open UI

In HI exist the possibility to keep the document open while you open a second attachment or go to another view with the first attachment still opened.
Open multiple attachments functionality in HI should be migrated to Open UI, also.

SOLUTION
This issue will be corrected by DISA framework.

Follow the instructions from Install and Deploy Desktop Integration Siebel Agent (DISA) (Doc ID 2261758.2) to have DISA installed

The standard workflow for Inline Attachment Editing using DISA:
1. Drill down the file name, File Download dialog opens.
2. Click Open button of File Download dialog, the file will be opened with associated default program, and File Editing dialog opens.
3. Two different scenarios.
3.1.#File Editing# Edit file, after finishing editing, save and close file.
Click Finish button of File Editing dialog, the updated file will be uploaded back to Siebel.
3.2. #File Viewing# Directly close File Editing dialog by clicking X. Siebel will allow the file kept open, and
you can continue with other operations in Siebel.

So application will allow to navigate to other views and open other attachments only in scenario 3.2 when the file was open for viewing. In scenario 3.1. , user is not able to navigate to other views or open other attachments until he pushes Finish button.
